Supportive Outreach Services

Substance use disorder can impact potential to face stigma and discrimination. This creates shame and stops individuals from reaching out for help when they need it. NACC supports community members at all stages of life and desires to support their health and safety by offering respectful, nonjudgmental healthcare.

These services are available to community members through a number of ways:

Outreach Events
Mondays, 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm, at NACC behind the building.

Includes rapid testing and distribution of supplies.

Screening

Supplies
Community members can access safer supplies at our Monday events. The team also does street outreach on Thursdays and Fridays in the neighborhoods surrounding NACC.

MAT
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders, such as Suboxone and Sublocade

Narcan
