Medical

NACC provides primary care to community members of all ages. The provider team is made up of medical doctors and nurse practitioners that support the shared health goals of each individual. Our primary care team provides both preventive services such as check-ups and physicals, immunizations, cancer screening, and healthy habits, as well as specialized practices, such as pediatrics, substance use disorders, internal medicine, and care for infectious diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs (sexually transmitted infections). 

NACC welcomes new and existing patients as well as walk-in care (dependent on provider availability).
