NACC is entering an exciting next phase of growth with the development of a new integrated clinic and affordable housing campus, which is set to open in September 2026. This expansion brings together healthcare, housing, and cultural spaces in one setting, creating a unique opportunity to deepen impact and strengthen community care.

By co-locating these essential services, the project moves beyond simple proximity toward more intentional integration in which care is coordinated, holistic, and responsive to the needs and strengths of the community we serve. This new campus will serve as a platform to test, refine, and implement innovative models of care that better support whole-person health and long-term stability.

Ultimately, this development reflects NACC’s ongoing commitment to advancing culturally grounded, integrated approaches that honor community, improve access, and expand what is possible in care delivery.
