Meghan Farley Webb, PhD, MPH

Research Director

Meghan is an anthropologist and public health researcher with expertise in health equity and participatory research methods. She brings over a decade of experience designing and implementing health programs and conducting community-based research with Indigenous peoples across Central America. Meghan holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Kansas and an MPH from Harvard University.

Before joining NACC, Meghan served as Program Officer at La Isla Network, where she co-led efforts to protect sugarcane workers from occupational heat stress. She has also contributed to numerous projects focused on shifting nutritional environments, early childhood development, and chronic disease prevention through her long-standing collaboration with Wuqu’ Kawoq| Maya Health Alliance.

Meghan is committed to community-driven knowledge production, equitable research partnerships, and building sustainable health systems.
