Crystal Milan, DNP, FNP-C
nurse practitioner
Crystal’s journey in healthcare and her desire to help her community started at a young age. In junior high, she began emergency medical services (EMS) training. That led to volunteering for her local ambulance and fire department as a first responder and being a junior firefighter until she graduated high school. After high school, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the College of St. Scholastica. While working as a Registered Nurse, she gained eleven years of experience specializing in both pediatrics and emergency medicine. In 2016, Crystal completed her Doctorate at the College of St. Scholastica as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. She is trained to care for individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. Building relationships and providing holistic care for patients, families, and the community, is a great passion for her. Crystal is also one of our medical providers who provides care and treatment for patients seeking help with substance use disorder in our medical assistance treatment (MAT) program. Additionally, she has advanced training in Mind Body Medicine. During free time she enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
