Chris Singer joined NACC in 2022 as their Clinical Director.  She is a Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality that completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Minnesota.  She has led health care systems for more than 25 years up to the executive level, with expertise in developing clinical and operational excellence in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), creating and implementing standard operating processes and procedures, developing quality improvement systems, and ensuring successful preparation for regulatory review.  In addition, she has completed extensive work implementing Social Determinant of Health (SDOH) innovative solutions, managing value-based care contracts, and implementing Trauma Informed Practice solutions.
