Update on NACC programs, services, and hours

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, NACC continues to be available for medical, behavioral health and substance use services — we have made some changes to help keep the community and our staff as safe as possible. Here’s an update:

MEDICAL

  • Our Medical Clinic is open this week with shortened hours.

  • We are seeing patients for acute visits and for management of chronic conditions.

  • Medical is open this week Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

  • The door are closed each day from 12:45pm-1:45pm.

  • We are closed on Saturday.

  • Call 612-872-8086 for questions about medical visits. Please call ahead if you have respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, or shortness of breath)

  • We are screening and triaging all patients entering into the clinic. You may have your temperature checked and you will be asked if you have a cough or fever before entering the building.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

  • To ensure the safety of our staff and patients, NACC Behavioral Health has transitioned to Telehealth visits only. A Telehealth visit is a session with a therapist or other provider using your smartphone or computer.  Please call 612-843-5981 if you are interested in setting up a behavioral health telehealth visit.

SUBSTANCE USE PROGRAMS

  • NACCs IOP and MAT programs are open and accepting new patients. We are using telehealth visits for most of our visits in these programs. A Telehealth visit is a session with a counselor or other provider using your smartphone or computer. Please call 612-872-8086 and press 5 if you have questions or would like to complete an intake.

DENTAL

  • NACC Dental is closed until April 6th. If need emergency dental services, please call our nurseline at 612-872-8086 (and press 3) for emergency dental resources.

We will get through these difficult times together… Miigwech to the team here at NACC— we are inspired by you and the work you do to help keep our community safe and healthy.
