Update on COVID-19 at NACC 11/16/20

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to surge in Minnesota, we are implementing a few changes at NACC to better protect our patients, staff, and community. We appreciate your patience as we continue to adapt to the situation. 

  • We are limiting the number of in-clinic appointments available each day to reduce patient volumes in the clinic. If an in-clinic appointment is necessary, a member of our nursing team will schedule this for you.

  • Our preferred visit method at this time is telehealth. We can conduct telehealth visits via the Zoom platform or by phone call. Telehealth visits allow us to safely provide you the care you need from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you may be. If your provider determines you need any in-person services, this will be set up during your telehealth visit. 

  •  If you currently have an in-patient appointment schedule, we may be calling you to offer you a telehealth visit instead. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.  

 As a reminder, NACC continues to offer low-barrier COVID-19 testing at no cost to patients. We are currently testing any symptomatic or asymptomatic patients. COVID-19 testing with NACC is quick and easy. Call our front desk at 612-872-8086 to schedule a telehealth COVID-19 screening appointment to reserve your testing time slot.
