Policy & Procedure
Incident Tracker : Please take a moment to ensure that you have access to NACCs incident tracker system
Tracking incidents, clinical issues, and workplace safety issues is critical for ensuring patient safety, improving the quality of care, and maintaining a secure environment for both staff and patients. By recording and analyzing these events, NACC can identify patterns, implement corrective actions, and continuously refine our processes. This approach reduces risks and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Wellness + Wins
The wellness room has moved to Felicia’s old office between the Care Corridor and DT!
