All Staff Updates this week

  • Staff testing Monday morning

  • Vaccines for patients Wednesday and Friday (staff vaccine questions email Felicia) - COVID testing Tue + Thursday

  • Brick stitch workshop is on Friday. We still have 3 spots left

  • We will be doing interviews in Hinterland on Tuesday so please grab scrubs by 9 am

  • New staff orientation on Tuesday so managers be aware some staff have to attend

  • BH clinic is continuing to schedule appointments and see clients through telehealth

  • Erin is available for care coordination- please call 612-843-5994

  • Please ask new and existing clients to phone BH front desk at 612-843-5981 for scheduling.

  • Also, please let clients know to leave a message and we will get back to them within 24 hours.

Outreach

  • Tina going out on Thursday with the outreach team doing a pop-up on 27th and Bloomington from 2-4.

  • Sam will be at Homeward bound 11-1 on Thursday, and Mackenzie 11-1 on Friday.

  • James going out on Thursday

Patient advocates + Transportation

  • Tina schedule change is effective. So, Mon/Tues/Thurs 8-6

  • Team is in the clinic this week

  • Ashlee is in this week

  • Advocates will be doing outreach Thursday and Friday 11am-1pm over at Homeward Bound.
