  • BH clinic is continuing to schedule appointments and see clients through telehealth

  • Our internet continues to be down in the BH office, so our onsite team will be located in Leech Lake.

  • Please ask new and existing clients to phone BH front desk at 612-843-5981 for scheduling.

  • Also, please let clients know to leave a message and we will get back to them within 24 hours.

Outreach

Patient advocates + Transportation

  • Advocates will be doing outreach Thursday and Friday 11am-1pm over at Homeward Bound.
