behavioral health

  • BH clinic is continuing to schedule appointments and see clients through telehealth.

  • Our internet continues to be down in the BH office, so our onsite team will be located in Leech Lake. Nicole, Rachel, and Tim will be onsite each day this week.

  • Todd and Erin will be in office and remote this week. All other providers will be working remotely for the entire week.

  • Please ask new and existing clients to phone BH front desk at 612-843-5981 for scheduling.

  • Also, please let clients know to leave a message and we will get back to them within 24 hours. If there is an urgent situation regarding BH assistance, please text/call Rachel at 218-779-2710.

Outreach

  • Cleanup on Tuesday + Wednesday

  • Community outreach with potential Telehealth on Thursday and Friday afternoons

Patient advocates + Transportation

  • Mackenzie and Sam are working in-clinic M-F. Thursday

  • Sam is going to help with insurance enrollment at the AICDC Cedar Box shelter. Mackenzie is going there on Friday.
