    • “Recovery is possible because determination, perseverance and courage are the fuel that flames the fire towards recovery. Recovery is possible because there are others on the sidelines rooting for your success; you don’t have to go at it alone. Recovery is possible if you have breath in your body and have the fortitude to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Recovery is possible because your WHY is important. Why are you fighting for recovery? Who’s waiting for you on the other side of your recovery? Recovery is possible because YOU are possible!!!! Now grab hold of your recovery journey and don’t let go!”

    • “Recovery is possible no matter the stage of life you are in. It is achievable with the right support and resources, and the determination to better one’s life. The best path to recovery requires self-love and self-acceptance of where you are, no judgement, and an understanding that the work to recovery can be challenging but very rewarding. And most importantly, that you don’t have to go through it alone!”

    • “I believe recovery is possible because with a growth mindset, a little self-efficacy and a good support system, anything is possible! Recovery may look a little different for everyone, will involve daily efforts, may involve multiple attempts/trial and error, and may be an ongoing struggle, but it is possible! And it begins by believing that it is possible.”
