Behavioral Health

  • Naomi Anywaush is at BH front desk and getting clients scheduled

  • Erin is available for care coordination- please call 612-843-5994

    • Note: Erin will be on vacation starting March 11th through the 19th. Please contact Rachel with any immediate needs.

Groups

  • Tending to our hearts and souls is continuing and being facilitated by Nicole Wadena Gurneau. Thursdays at 11:30-12:30 pm

  • Mind Body Medicine, Wednesday at 2:00- Hannah

  • Diabetes management group- Thursday at 8:30- Alicia

  • Mental Health PPE- coping in a pandemic- Fridays at 8:30- Alicia and Erin

  • Tween Anxiety group- ages 9-13- Thursdays at 3:00- Lorissa and Nicole

  • LGBT teen group- ages 16-24- Wednesdays at 3:00- Alicia and Erin

Dental

  • Patients in clinic and Telehealth Monday-Friday

Outreach

  • Every other Wednesday, James will be joining Southside and IPTF as we go to Kimball Court to do outreach.

  • HIV / HEP-C testing (with COVID vaccines) event in Dollar tree Monday

Patient advocates + Transportation

  • Patient Advocate team in clinic this week (outreach times above)

COVID Vaccine clinic

  • COVID testing on Tuesday

  • COVID vaccines on Wed-Friday

  • Reminder that if departments are in need of more medicines to email traditionalhealing@nacc-healthcare.org with the request

  • Continued work on documenting and expanding Coleman recommendations - work continues through Q1
