  • James for always being willing to help out with facilities stuff when needed

  • Courtney: She made sure to tell when a patient didn’t leave a utox and even put a note in the visit note. It was so incredibly helpful.

All Staff Updates this week

  • Garage project is almost done! Noise should be at a minimum.

  • Blue chairs in Hinterland are up for grabs to take home! Talk to Amanda before grabbing them.

  • While Gregg is out, please expect some delays in facilities requests. If it is an emergency, please let Amanda know.

  • Hinterland is ready to be used as a conference room if needed. Please reserve using Outlook and limit the amount of people.

  • Notify James if there are any needles outside near the building. He is doing daily rounds for these now.

Behavioral Health

    • Note: Erin will be on vacation starting March 11th through the 19th. Please contact Rachel with any immediate needs.

  • Mind Body Medicine, Wednesday at 2:00- Hannah

  • Diabetes management group- Thursday at 8:30- Alicia

  • Mental Health PPE- coping in a pandemic- Fridays at 8:30- Alicia and Erin

  • Tween Anxiety group- ages 9-13- Thursdays at 3:00- Lorissa and Nicole

  • LGBT teen group- ages 16-24- Wednesdays at 3:00- Alicia and Erin

Dental

  • Patients in clinic and Telehealth Monday-Friday

Outreach

  • Every other Wednesday, including the upcoming Wed (3/3), James will be joining Southside and IPTF as we go to Kimball Court to do outreach.

  • HIV / HEP-C testing (with COVID vaccines) event in Dollar tree Monday
