Telehealth Overview

We are now offering telehealth appointments! Telehealth appointments are available for individuals who need to speak with a medical or behavioral health provider over video calling. Patients will download and use the Zoom Mobile App.

You can use any device with a camera (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) that connects to the internet via a data plan through your phone carrier or through a wi-fi connection. In order to use your smartphone, you’ll need to download the Zoom App. Here’s the shortcuts to each platform:


Telehealth Scheduling

Call us to schedule a telehealth appointment:

Once you’re scheduled:

NACC will send you an invite by email with all of the information you will need to start your session. At the time of your appointment, you'll open the Zoom Mobile App (if you’re on a smartphone) or visit zoom.com (if you’re on a computer) and click the “Join a Meeting” link. You’ll be prompted to enter into the session by typing the unique ID included in the email.
