Our primary care team is made up of medical doctors and nurse practitioners.

Areas of care include, but are not limited to:

• Health maintenance & preventative services
• Child wellness care and sports physicals
• Physical exams, immunizations, screenings
• Specialized care for adults and children
• ADD/ADHD treatment
• Fetal Alcohol Spectrum evaluation & treatment
• Chronic disease management
• Chemical health services

Dental

Our dental clinic collaborates with dental students from the University of Minnesota, under the direct supervision of a faculty dentist.

Areas of care include, but are not limited to:

• Cleanings and oral hygiene instruction
• Dental exams
• Fillings
• Crowns & bridges
• Extractions
• Root canal therapy
• Emergency appointments

Behavioral Health

Our team is made up of licensed providers with various expertise and training background to provide care to those of all ages.

Areas of care include, but are not limited to:

• Individual, couples, and family therapy
• Group therapy
• Assessment
• ADD/ADHD
• Depression and anxiety
• Grief and loss
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
• Substance Use Disorders

Social Services

NACC’s Patient Advocates are trained to assist patients who are facing social and economic barriers.

Areas of care include, but are not limited to:

• Medical insurance assistance
• Housing and shelter referrals
• Food shelf referrals
• Medicare questions
• Medical transportation
• Chemical dependency treatment referrals
• Tribal benefit information
• Emergency and crisis support referrals

Community Health

NACC provides ongoing screenings and services designed to promote a long and healthy life.

Areas of care include, but are not limited to:

• Diabetes Education, including class & support groups
• Nutrition Counseling
• Smoking Cessation & Navigation
Mobile Medical Services including:
• Diabetic Eye Exams
• Mammograms
• Cancer Screening Education & Navigation

Wiinodewe IOP

Wiinodewe Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is in partnership with the Red Lake Nation. Our team is made up of licensed providers with various expertise and training backgrounds.

Areas of care include, but are not limited to:

  • Individualized programming with a gradual step-down

  • Daily prayer & cultural teachings by NACC’s Elder in Residence

  • Medication assisted treatment options

  • Health education

  • Relapse prevention

  • Individual, family, and group therapy

  • Peer Recovery Support
