My name is Josette Croud, I am bear clan and I am a member of the White Earth band of Ojibwe. I have a Master’s degree in counseling under the Counseling and Psychological services program at St. Mary’s University. I provide behavioral health services at NACC under the direct supervision of a Board of Behavioral Health and therapy (BBHT) approved supervisor. I have been trained in/have experience in the cultural adaptation of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) though the Indian Country Child Trauma Center, Mind body Medicine, certified in equine therapy through the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA), Certification from the Upper Midwest Indian Counsel on Addictive Disorders ( UMICAD 1) and a 40 hour sexual assault advocacy certificate. It is important for me to be able to provided multi-cultural competent services, I believe in a person centered and experiential approach to counseling.
