How Do I Pay?
The Native American Community Clinic provides care to people with and without insurance. We have services available to help uninsured patients enroll in Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare and Minnesota's Family Planning Program.
Insurances we take:
MHP, U Care, HealthPartners, Medica, Blue Cross- Blue Shield, Blue Plus, Delta Premier, Delta PPO, CivicSmiles, State Dental Plan, Dentaquest, Medical Assistance (MA), Medicare, MinnesotaCare, and many other private insurances. Patients are expected to pay their co-pay, if any, at each appointment.
Self pay sliding fee scale:
If you don't have insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on your income, once you bring income verification. No one is turned away for not being able to pay for services. We ask that patients make regular payments toward their balance each time they are seen. Our billing office will work out a payment plan with anyone who requests it.
We are committed to providing care to all regardless of ability to pay; about 35 percent of our patients have no insurance. We rely on insurance reimbursement, patient payments and grants to keep our services available and affordable.
