  • Reduce depression
  • Safe and Calm space to relax

Wellbriety Circle: Medicine Wheel & 12 Steps for Women

Wellbriety Circle is a culturally appropriate program for Native American people (which includes people from all directions) in recovery, to create the opportunity for individuals to live sober and balanced lives; healthy lives that are balanced emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

  • Gain support from women that understand the challenges you are facing.
  • Learn to manage your recovery challenges with compassion and understanding through the natural laws, principles, and values based in Native culture and beliefs.
  • Feel empowered to live a healthier life.

Every Friday (starting June 2nd 2017) 2pm

This group is for women 18 and up.
